We have rebuilt exploringwonders.com from the ground up, and the reason is simple: families told us the old site did not answer the questions they actually had.
What is new
Real fee information. Our Fees & Funding page now shows what childcare here actually costs — the affordability cap, what subsidy can do on top of it, drop-in rates, and exactly what is and is not included in the monthly fee. No “call for pricing”.
Book a tour online. You can now pick a tour time yourself for Wainwright or Wetaskiwin without playing phone tag. A tour takes about fifteen minutes, and you are welcome to bring your child along.
Out of School Care, properly explained. We now run OSC for children 6 to 12 at both centres, and the site says so clearly — including the part people ask about most often: OSC does not include school pick-up or drop-off.
A page for employers. If childcare is costing your workplace shifts or hires, our employer partnership covers the parent portion for your staff’s first six months with us.
What has not changed
The same educators, the same rooms, the same phone numbers. If you have been with us since 2010, nothing about your child’s day is different — we have just made it easier for the next family to find us.
