We have rebuilt exploringwonders.com from the ground up, and the reason is simple: families told us the old site did not answer the questions they actually had.
What is new
Spaces are open at both centres. We have openings across our age groups in both Wainwright and Wetaskiwin right now. Availability moves week to week, so call the centre nearest you and we will tell you exactly which days and rooms are free.
Real fee information. Our Fees & Funding page shows what daycare actually costs — one flat monthly fee, the same for every family — along with what is billed separately, including lunch and Out of School Care. No “call for pricing”.
Book a tour online. You can now pick a tour time yourself for Wainwright or Wetaskiwin without playing phone tag. A tour takes about fifteen minutes, and you are welcome to bring your child along.
Out of School Care, properly explained. We now run OSC for children 6 to 12 at both centres, and the site says so clearly — including the part people ask about most often: OSC does not include school pick-up or drop-off.
Photographs of the actual rooms. Every picture on the site is now a photograph of one of our two centres — the rooms, the shelves, the reading corners. What you see is what you will walk into on a tour.
What has not changed
The same educators, the same rooms, the same phone numbers. If you have been with us since 2010, nothing about your child’s day is different — we have just made it easier for the next family to find us.
