Fees & Funding

What childcare actually costs here

No hidden numbers and no "call for pricing". Here is the whole picture — the affordability cap, what subsidy can do on top of it, and what is included in the fee.

Full-time

5 days a week, Mon–Fri

$326/month

Parent portion after Alberta's affordability grant, before any subsidy you qualify for.

  • 6:45am – 5:30pm daily
  • Nutritional lunch included
  • All learning materials & outings
Most flexible

Part-time

2 or 3 days a week

Pro-rated

Typically 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) or 2 days a week (Tue/Thu). We pair part-time schedules between families so a full-time space is never wasted.

  • Same hours, same program
  • Affordability grant still applies
  • Ask us which days are open now

Drop-in

When you need a day, not a contract

$10/hour

Up to 4 hours. Beyond 4 hours is charged as a full day at $60. Please call ahead so we can confirm space.

  • No monthly commitment
  • Great way to try us out
  • Subject to daily availability

How the monthly number is built

Subsidy

Getting subsidy is simpler than it looks

Four steps, and we will sit with you for any of them.

1

Choose your centre and days

Tour, pick your location, and tell us which days you need. You do not have to have subsidy approved before you register.

2

Apply through Alberta.ca

The application is online and asks for household income and your child's details. Start the subsidy application.

3

Send us your approval

Once Alberta approves you, forward us the letter and we apply it to your account from the effective date.

4

Pay the parent portion only

You are invoiced for the remaining parent portion — never for the grant or subsidy amounts.

Fees FAQ

The money questions

How much does childcare cost per month?
Alberta's affordability grant caps the parent portion at $326 per month per child before subsidy in 2026. We participate in the program at both locations.
Is there a subsidy on top of the $326?
There can be. Provincial subsidy is income-tested and is applied on top of the affordability cap, so many families pay less than $326. Apply at alberta.ca/child-care-subsidy — we will help you through it.
What do drop-ins cost?
$10 per hour up to 4 hours; beyond 4 hours it is charged as a full day at $60.
What is included in the fee?
Your child's program, a nutritional lunch, and all learning materials, activities and outings. Parents send a morning and afternoon snack, indoor shoes, and seasonal outdoor gear.
Is there a discount for a second child?
Talk to us — please ask about current sibling and enrolment offers at your location before you register.

Still not sure what you'd pay?

Tell us your child's age and the days you need — we will work the number out with you, no obligation.
