What childcare actually costs here
No hidden numbers and no "call for pricing". Here is the whole picture — the affordability cap, what subsidy can do on top of it, and what is included in the fee.
Full-time
5 days a week, Mon–Fri
Parent portion after Alberta's affordability grant, before any subsidy you qualify for.
- 6:45am – 5:30pm daily
- Nutritional lunch included
- All learning materials & outings
Part-time
2 or 3 days a week
Typically 3 days a week (Mon/Wed/Fri) or 2 days a week (Tue/Thu). We pair part-time schedules between families so a full-time space is never wasted.
- Same hours, same program
- Affordability grant still applies
- Ask us which days are open now
Drop-in
When you need a day, not a contract
Up to 4 hours. Beyond 4 hours is charged as a full day at $60. Please call ahead so we can confirm space.
- No monthly commitment
- Great way to try us out
- Subject to daily availability
How the monthly number is built
An illustration of a full-time space in 2026. Your own subsidy amount depends on household income and family size.
| Program fee | Set by the centre |
|---|---|
| Less: Alberta affordability grant | Applied automatically |
| Parent portion, capped at | $326 / month |
| Less: income-tested subsidy | If you qualify |
| What you actually pay | $326 or less |
Figures reflect the 2026 program year and can change when the province updates the agreement. We will always tell families in writing before anything changes.
Getting subsidy is simpler than it looks
Four steps, and we will sit with you for any of them.
Choose your centre and days
Tour, pick your location, and tell us which days you need. You do not have to have subsidy approved before you register.
Apply through Alberta.ca
The application is online and asks for household income and your child's details. Start the subsidy application.
Send us your approval
Once Alberta approves you, forward us the letter and we apply it to your account from the effective date.
Pay the parent portion only
You are invoiced for the remaining parent portion — never for the grant or subsidy amounts.

In the fee, and not in the fee
We would rather you knew this before you enrol than after.
- Your child's program and daily care
- A nutritional lunch
- All learning materials, activities and community outings
- A morning and an afternoon snack
- Indoor shoes and a change of clothes
- Seasonal outdoor gear
- Out of School Care does not include school pick-up or drop-off at either location.
