What childcare actually costs here
No hidden numbers and no "call for pricing" on the thing we can price. Daycare is one flat monthly fee, the same for every family. Out of School Care and lunch are billed separately, and we say so here rather than at your first invoice.
One fee, every family
Whatever days your child attends
Alberta's flat parent fee for licensed daycare, set by the province and unchanged since 1 April 2025. Every daycare family here pays it — full-time or part-time, at either centre.

Out of School Care
6 to 12 years
Out of School Care is funded differently from daycare, and Alberta's flat parent fee does not apply to it. Rather than publish a number that might not fit your days, call the centre and we will give you the real figure.

Lunch
Optional, cooked on site
We cook a nutritional lunch daily. It is charged on top of the monthly fee rather than included in it — ask the centre for the current rate. Parents send a morning and an afternoon snack either way.

Alberta sets the 326.25 figure, not us, and can change it when it renews the affordability agreement. We will tell families in writing before anything moves. Out of School Care is billed separately and is not covered by this fee.
Subsidy is for school-age care
This trips a lot of families up, so plainly: the $326.25 daycare fee already has Alberta's affordability funding built into it — there is no second discount to chase. The separate childcare subsidy is for school-age care outside school hours.
Check whether it applies to you
The subsidy covers children from kindergarten to grade 6, for licensed care outside regular school hours, in households earning under $90,000 a year. If your child is in daycare and not yet in kindergarten, this is not the programme for you — your fee is already set.
Apply through Alberta.ca
The application is online and asks for household income and your child's details. Start the subsidy application. Ask us if any of it is unclear — we do this paperwork every month.
Send us your approval letter
Forward it to the centre and we apply it to your account from the effective date on the letter.
You are billed the balance only
Your invoice shows what is left after the subsidy — never the subsidy amount itself.

We would rather you knew this before you enrol than after.
